From 9th to 12th students will cover these aspects during PE classes

Motor Skills
*demonstration & utilization of sport-specific skills/movements for specified sport-activity
*application of skill-related fitness components to sport-specific movements
*participation in activities to improve physical fitness

Movement Concepts & Principles
*identification & application of critical elements for successful performance
*analyzation & application of principles of training for specified physical activity (warm-up & cool-down appropriate for activity, identification if muscle groups/proper stretching techniques, application of principles of overload, progression, specificity, application of biomechanical principles, identification of common exercise-related
injuries).

Active Lifestyle
*exploration of physical activities based on personal interest, meaning & fulfillment in order to participate regularly in activities throughout life
*demonstration of skills knowledge, interest & desire to independently maintain an active lifestyle.

Physical Fitness
*analysis of individual fitness levels to develop (assess, interpret, design, select & assemble) a personal fitness plan to achieve/improve/maintain fitness.

Personal & Social Skills
*application of independent & responsible social behavior, safe practices, rules
procedures & appropriate respect of others while participating in specific activity

Diversity
*working cooperatively with others, recognizing differences & encouraging involvement of others.

Value of Physical Activity
